It is a structural division of the USA. The structural and staffing levels of the medical center are approved уby the rector of the university. In its work, the medical center is guided by the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education, orders and instructions of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the order of the university and the orders of the rector of the university.
Health center goals and objectives:
• providing primary medical care, including emergency care, for injuries, acute illnesses, and poisoning
• calling an emergency medical service team
• organization and implementation of preventive and health-improving activities
• conducting health education among students and other employees at the university
First Aid Station functions:
• implementation of therapeutic and preventive measures in accordance with the license for medical activity in the implementation of outpatient and polyclinic primary health care for therapy
• provides, together with healthcare institutions, the organization and conduct of medical examinations of students at the university and periodic preventive examinations
• conducts work on sanitary and hygienic education, including the prevention of infectious diseases
• provides advice on maintaining and promoting health, including recommendations on the correction of nutrition, physical activity, physical culture and sports, study, work and recreation
• ensures compliance with infection control requirements in the medical office
• together with the specialists of the sanitary and epidemiological station, it conducts anti-epidemic measures, monitors the sanitary maintenance of classrooms, household premises and territories.
• the medical center organizes and conducts training for students and teachers on self – and mutual assistance, participates in the work of the commission on social issues and labor protection
• maintains accounting and reporting documentation of the established form
