The main goal of the finance Department is to ensure effective management of financial resources, maintain financial stability and sustainable development of the university.
• preparation and approval of the annual budget;
• regular monitoring and analysis of budget execution;
• making adjustments to the budget depending on changing conditions;
• development of strategic financial plans for the short and long term;
• analysis of financial activities, forecasting of income and expenses;
• optimize and control revenue sources, such as training fees, grants , and donations.
• rational use of funds for operating and capital expenditures, including salaries, equipment purchases , and other needs;
• preparation and presentation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders;
• conduct internal and external audits to ensure financial transparency and accountability;
• assessment of the financial feasibility of new projects and initiatives;
• assistance in finding funding for research and other projects.
