I. How to enroll in the specialty "General Medicine"

Can enter the specialty “General Medicine” for a period of 6 years

  • on the basis of secondary education
  • Admission of applicants is carried out on the basis of the presence of threshold scores for the Main ORT test and additional scores for Chemistry and Biology.
  • certificate of secondary complete education;
  • original ORT certificate;
  • personal statement of the applicant (on university letterhead);
  • copy of passport or identity card;
  • color photo – 6 pcs. 3x4cm;
  • military ID or registration certificate for males (copy);
  • other documents if the applicant is applying for benefits established by the University Admission Rules.

Citizens of neighboring countries
Can enter the specialty “General Medicine” for a period of 6 years

  • The University of South Asia accepts foreign citizens who have completed secondary general education (12 years).
  • Foreign applicants register for enrollment through the Automated Information System of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic “Applicant online” on the website: https://edugate.edu.gov.kg, after successful registration, the USA reviews the documents and, if compliant, recommends the applicant to take the entrance examination by sending an email with a link to the website: https://www.usa.com.kg/portal. After successfully passing the entrance examination, the USA recommends the applicant for enrollment on the website: https://edugate.edu.gov.kg
  • USA conducts entrance tests for the educational program “General Medicine” in the form of computer testing on the electronic educational website: https://www.usa.com.kg/portal or in offline format in major subjects (chemistry, biology and English)
  • The applicant, after confirmation to study at USA, on the website: https://edugate.edu.gov.kg/ provides to the student department of the USA
  • application addressed to the rector;
  • original and copy of passport with relevant entry visa;
  • original and copy of a certificate of complete secondary education (12 years) with a score of at least 60%;
  • certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on the equivalence of complete secondary education;
  • a medical certificate indicating that the applicant has no contraindications for studying in Kyrgyzstan;
  • 11 photographs on a white background (6 pieces 3x4cm, 4 pieces 3.5×4.5cm, 1 piece in electronic format 3.5×4.5cm).

Regulations ” on the admission of foreign citizens ” (Regulations on admission to study)

III. Acceptance of documents

A foreign citizen entering the USA must have a certificate of complete secondary education with a score rating of at least 60%, confirmed by a certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on the equivalence of complete secondary education.
When submitting documents, the applicant fills out the following documents:

  • Application addressed to the rector.
  • Original and copy of passport with entry visa.
  • Original and copy of a certificate of complete secondary education with a score rating of at least 60%.
  • Certificate from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic on the equivalence of secondary education.
  • A medical certificate indicating that the applicant has no contraindications for studying in Kyrgyzstan.
  • 11 photos on a white background: 6 photos 3*4; 4 photos 3.5*4.5; 1 photo in electronic format 3.5*4.5

IV. Entrance test

Admission of applicants to USA

USA conducts entrance tests for the educational program “General Medicine” in the form of computer testing on the electronic educational website: https://www.usa.com.kg/portal or in offline format in major subjects according to the tour schedule approved by the rector of the USA:
— chemistry;
— biology;
— English.
After successfully passing the entrance examination and confirming documents for compliance with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the USA recommends the applicant for admission.
