The Passport and Visa Department of the University of South Asia is a structural unit within the International Department. It provides organizational, informational, and advisory support to international students on matters related to passport and visa regulations, registration, and stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The department’s activities are aimed at ensuring the legal and timely processing of documents for international students, compliance with the migration requirements of the Kyrgyz Republic, and creating conditions for students’ comfortable adaptation to university studies and life.
The Passport and Visa Department cooperates with the rector’s office, the dean’s office, the International Department, the Student Department, academic group advisors, the dormitory, as well as relevant state authorities and migration services of the Kyrgyz Republic.
